CARRARAARTE-SCULBM3

"Arcere" is a sculptural work of considerable expressive intensity that visually embodies the concept of "management" through a figurative composition merging a rider and his horse within the geometry of two intersecting triangles. These triangles are not merely formal elements; they become narrative tools emphasizing the dynamic between guidance and motion, allegorically representing the structure of an organization or a project and the direction toward the goal.

The triangular structure suggests stability and dynamic balance, while the diagonals introduce a sense of action and direction, underscoring the path to success.

The archer symbolizes leadership and focus on objectives, and the horse, with its energetic and ready posture, represents the strength and determination necessary to achieve these objectives.

Here, art transcends aesthetic representation to become a visual dialogue on the essential qualities of management: vision, precision, and strength. The virtuous circular motion – from apex to base – described, invites us to view the process of hitting the target not as a straight line but as a cycle of continuous improvement, where every end is a new beginning.

This sculpture is ideal for professional environments or institutional spaces, where it can serve as a daily inspiration and a symbol of the principles of leadership and excellence in management.
